After placing your order you will receive a confirmation of your order by email.

Shipping

SADOQ will send your order by package service of PostNL.

We do the best we can to deliver your package as soon as we can. On office days you will receive your package (if in the Netherlands) within 2 office days.

Shipping to countries within Europe will arrive within 3-6 office days. Do you live outside of Europe, then It can take up to 6 days or more.

The shipping costs depend on the size of your order and the country you live in.

Packaging

SADOQ scarves are individually packed in small drawer boxes especially designed by SADOQ.

Mostly all of the SADOQ scarves come with this box, so you can keep your scarves beautiful and collect thema all.

 

Return policy

Conditions
All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
All products must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed.
All products must have all original SADOQ tags attached.
Return costs are for you.
